Refund Policy – Geethanjali School of Music

At Geethanjali School of Music, we strive to offer high-quality music education and ensure our students have a valuable and enriching learning experience. We understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course or program.
1. Trial Classes
- We offer one free trial class for new students.
- No refund is applicable for trial classes as they are free of charge.
2. One-Time Payments (Short-Term Courses / Workshops)
- 100% refund if the cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the first class/session.
- 50% refund if the cancellation is requested within 48 hours of the first class.
- No refund once the first class has been attended.
3. Monthly Subscriptions / Recurring Payments
- Students may cancel their subscription at any time.
- Refunds are not issued for the current billing cycle, but no further charges will be made after cancellation.
- If a class is missed due to technical issues on our end, a make-up session will be provided.
4. Private Lessons
- Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Missed classes without prior notice are non-refundable.
- If the instructor cancels a session, a reschedule will be offered.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Transaction or payment gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable.
6. No Refunds Will Be Issued For:
- Partial attendance or non-attendance without cancellation notice.
- Dissatisfaction due to personal preferences or time constraints.
- Technical issues on the student’s end (internet, device problems, etc.).
